If you have any concerns or complaints about one of our schools, please contact the Headteacher via the school office marking your complaint ‘Private and Confidential’ in the first instance. If you are not happy with the outcome after completing our complaints process, please email complaints@stalbansdmat.co.uk with your concerns.  Please note we will acknowledge your complaint in 5 working days.
