Gemma was nominated for a Fellowship by a former colleague at DSAMAT.  Gemma had to submit a covering letter outlining her professional experience as well as an application which demonstrated how she had developed professional relationships, professional development and developed collegiality. Carole Bennett (our CEO), had to write a supporting statement which was the final part of the application process. Once submitted the applications were reviewed by a panel before the decision was made to award the Fellowship in December 2019.
